The natural swimming pond, 300 ft (90 m) long and 23 ft (7 m) deep, is accessible for the community, and can also be used for boating and fishing on request.

Facilities: Free and unlimited community Wi-Fi Internet throughout the property, private Wi-Fi or LAN at extra cost (details on request), tap water (drinkable), electricity 220 V, parking (1 car or 1 motorbike) within the property (roofed car port on request), using the boat on the big pond, using barbecue equipment in the garden, using the roofed community seating area with LAN connection.

Food: Self-catering. Delivery services for groceries and ready meals (Thai, Western) are available. A few food stalls serving Thai dishes, and small grocery stores for daily needs are within walking distance.

Pets: Baan Sammi is a pet-friendly property. 1 male outdoor dog and currently approximately 5 outdoor cats live on the property. However, our dog does not allow other dogs in its territory, no matter whether male or female, large or small, and another new cat is not welcomed by either our cats or our dog. Therefore, unfortunately, guests with their own pets cannot be accommodated.

Suitability: This home is best suitable for a single person or a couple, who likes nature and an inspiring tranquil environment, e.g. the elderly, retirees, writers, artists, digital nomads, for people on long-stay vacation and sabbatical leave, for employees working in the east, northeast or southeast of Chiang Mai.

Rental rates: Monthly rent 9,800 Baht (for 1-2 people), all utility charges included, except electricity which is charged extra. Security deposit equals 1-month rent. Minimum rental commitment 1 year.
